The Campaign Closer to Books
In 2014 the Agency cooperated with RTV Slovenia and the Ministry of Culture in carrying out a new national campaign Closer to Books, intended to promote reading culture, visits to bookshops and reading-related shopping habits.
The campaign is one of the measures to achieve the aims provided for the field of books in the National Programme for Culture 2014-2017. The campaign is based on TV advertisements which address different target age groups at the beginning of the summer break and encourage them to buy and read books.
The campaign is accompanied by a radio advertisement and multimedia content as well as promotional material for bookshops in the form of a poster and stickers.
