he first collaboration between storyteller Ram and illustrator Miha won on our first call for original Slovenian comic book and graphic novel. A seemingly simple narrative about Tik, who goes to the forest with his faithful alpaca to obtain wood for the winter, is filled with inventive and hilarious adventures as well as beautifully esthetic drawing. The questioning of the form of a comic book, as the authors do not shy away from crossing its bounds, is a unique characteristic of the work. Although the book is primarily aimed for youngsters, adult readers are equally enthusiastic about it.
