The Government of the Republic of Slovenia dismissed Dr Dimitrij Rupel from the post of Director of the JAK and appointed Katja Stergar to the post
On 27 October 2022, the Government approved the appointment of a new Acting Director of the Slovenian Book Agency, Ms Katja Stergar. She will take up the post on 1 November 2022, until a new Director is appointed, but for a maximum period of 6 months, i.e. until 30 April 2022 at the latest. Katja Stergar was appointed following the resignation of Dr Dimitrij Rupel as Director of the JAK.
